Rebekah's 10th Birthday

Today we celebrated Rebekah’s 10th birthday.

I cannot believe I am old enough to have a daughter turning 10.

To start things off Rebekah, Rose and their friend went to the movies and saw Planet 51. An alright movie, a little more adult humor than I prefer but not as bad as Shrek. They ate popcorn and chattered as only little girls can. After the movie, Dad and the babies joined us for some fun at the local jump zone. All the girls had fun, but wore themselves out after about an hour. We finished with cupcakes and their friend went home.

Then we went home and opened presents.

The gift certificate is from Mom & Dad for getting her ears pierced.

Nana gave her a lava lamp and she got much needed pj's from Mom & Dad (a size too big for growing room).

Her sisters got her a play-doh set and Grandma & Grandpa got her a ZhuZhu hamster & wheel.

Last we went out for her birthday dinner choice – Chinese. The food was great as usual, but we didn’t get to eat in the restaurant. Rachel started pitching a fit, so we had to get the food boxed up and head home. But the egg rolls were still heavenly at home.
